Gross and Fine Motor Skills Achieved in babys' first Two Years

Milestones can be the source of much anxiety for new and seasoned parents alike.

Do they sleep enough, are they eating enough, 'should' they be doing this or that?

When my last bub was born I had already had two children and a fairly large age gap between the second and the last, yet I found myself constantly worrying about bub #3's growth; particularly whether she was putting on enough weight! I had always had trouble producing enough milk so was quite paranoid about my babies being nourished enough.

It is so easy to fall into the trap of comparing with other children: our own or other peoples', please don't do this to yourself! If you are truly concerned, seek the opinion of a professional who will be able to advise you of where to go for support if there is anything which needs following up.
