Shipping on all orders over $75 is FREE for orders within Australia.

Shipping on all orders under $75 is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders within Australia.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. 

We ship worldwide. International shipping charged at checkout. Please note that your destination may have taxes and/or duties for goods shipped to you.  These charges are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or returned by www.loveandlee.com.au Please contact your local postal service if you have any queries on additional charges into your country.  

Love & Lee is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Love & Lee.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify us at info@loveandlee.com.au if there are any issues within 48 hours.

All faulty and/or damaged stock will be replaced or refunded. We may request images of damaged goods.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply;

–  Return the item in original condition to PO Box 3737, Wamberal, NSW, 2260, Australia and we will refund your order value in full.

Refunds will be processed back to the same method in which the order was paid.
